You can get 4Kg of fresh pancreas for £22 from Raw To Go which would be roughly equivalent to 80 lypex capsules.

I have a client who has used them and is very happy.

How about feeding it a decent diet to start with. Not had a genuine EPI for many years. Surprising how getting them off Bakers and Butchers and putting them on RCW sensitive diet works.

Yes, I think this chap will probably be buying his own stuff. Vetuk seem to have a bogof deal on short-dated stuff at the moment, so my research is likely to be in vain.

I'd take the view that anything's better than nothing, and with a potentially non-compliant client, perhaps it'd be less stress to turn him loose on the internet in any case.

Friendly butcher with access to pancreas? Meat tenderiser which I think is either pawpaw or pineapple juice? We have given up trying to stock as the products are never reliably in stock so have conceded to the dreaded internet. Might be buying sawdust for all I know.
