Always been OK for me, but I know others who have had your experience. It may depend on whether Susanne or Thomas attends to your order!

Many thanks for your rapid reply.

How do you find Accesia for ordering? I have been there on some of their courses which are outstanding (in fact I'm back there for another week next month), but I ordered a load of stuff from them last year, some of which took several weeks to arrive despite regular pestering. Perhaps I was just unfortunate, because I have been extremely impressed with them in every other respect.

I take it you don't know of any UK suppliers - I have a possible lower canine root canal to do on Monday so time is rather tight...
