The human data sheet lists skin reactions as a possibility.
I have a client with a cat which has been on clopidogrel for about 6 weeks, in the last fortnight it has developed

Re: Skin reactions with clopidogrel

I went to a lecture at BSAVA and they were recommending using both in cats which had actually had a clot, which this cat had.

Yeah I did think about rechallenging if it improves as only a minor reaction but thought I would ask

Re: Skin reactions with clopidogrel
I've not used clopidogrel so can't can't comment but drug reactions clearly can occur. I just question why it is on this as well as aspirin?
Why should it not be? They work on different parts of the coagulation pathway so can be used together. In the absence of clear evidence saying which anti-thrombotic is best we tend to use both in most cases.

In answer to the OP - I haven't seen any reactions to clopidogrel but would think it possible. I guess if it improves off the drug then you could challenge it again?
