He had conjunctival inflammation and mild mucus discharge but as he was a spaniel a did a STT test the 2nd time. Pathogenesis different optimune won&amp;#39;t work as there is a congenital lack of tear production rather than an autoimmune one.   Exogenous lubrication and PDT in longer term could help I guess. Although in this case you have some production so assuming it&amp;#39;s not a congenital one.  I would monitor it for now and keep checking.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
