Pathogenesis different optimune won&#39;t work as there is a congenital lack of tear production rather than an autoimmune one. Exogenous lubrication and PDT in longer term could help I guess. Although in this case you have some production so assuming it&#39;s not a congenital one. I would monitor it for now and keep checking.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
