A lot of companies will rent them out, you can buy one from infiniti medical, I think that VI were starting to do one as well.

Re the single use disposable ones - you can get one from Smith and Nephew called a "Pico" which is around £150 including the battery pack.

KCI will rent them out. Hive them a ring and the local rep will get back in touch.

You can also get smaller, more mobile ones for around £140 ish (don't take my word for it) that are single use. Can't remember where from but get in touch with Louise O'Dwyer at PetMedics in Manchester and I am sure she will point you in the right direction.

Stab in the dark, but I imagine somewhere like RVC or Fitzpatrick referrals might have it?
