&lt;p&gt;Re husbandry I would up basking spot to ~35C but doubt this is a likely factor. Has she got a nest box with sand/equivalent to lay in? And check the UVB tube is within 12 inches of her when she basks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I personally have seen little benefit in deslorelin in reptiles and this is backed up by the work done by Brno University where various studies have shown equivocal results at best (and indeed an increase in reproductive hormone levels in the treated group of iguanas in one case). I would be considering ovariosalpingectomy as the best approach as deslorelin has no proven efficacy and is off licence, duration of action is unknown if indeed it has any beneficial effect, it won&amp;#39;t solve the problem (prolapse can recur if intracoelomic pressure increases or any significant straining), and there may be other unknown pathology of the reproductive tract contributing to oviductal inertia. Plus it is better to operate on a relatively healthy animal than one that develops secondary complications if problems persist.&lt;/p&gt;
