If it is then you could cut back profit margins as a one-off to reduce the cost. I don&amp;#39;t generally do it but have on a handful of occasions when the bill will be high and I can still make a nice profit. I would only do that for a nice client with genuine reasons and not someone who is just too stingy to look after their dog properly. You can also usually get deals on Atopica from the reps, something like buy 6 get 2 free (from memory).&lt;/p&gt;

I would also suggest you assist them to make even less money by writing a written prescription (and charging for it!).&lt;/p&gt;
