&lt;p&gt;I use 10mg/kg bid. I have to confess we use the normal capsules and compound them with pharmaceutical syrup as the soluble ones I&amp;#39;ve tried (Zamadol) tend to be resented and make bunnies drool.&lt;/p&gt;
