(PomXJRT I think) with loud grade 5/6 systolic murmur PMI over pulmonic area I
think and radiating to right side of chest.
Did an ECG
mainly for interest using a cheapo handheld medical ECG with only 3 leads (red,
yellow and green)

Re: ECG of possible pulmonic stenosis?

Last puppy I had with a grade 5/6 murmur was referred to the Vet School for cardiology and was found to have Tetralogy of Fallot!! First ever case I've seen. He has pulmonic stenosis, VSD and dextraposition of the heart! So Pulmonic stenosis very likely in this case based on murmur alone plus severe VSD or PDA would be my other guesses.

Re: ECG of possible pulmonic stenosis?

Not much help on the ecg front, but the times I have seen a PDA the murmur has been unmistakeable - sounded like a washing machine. For once the dogs read the textbooks :)
