I have removed with fairly wide margins and closest lymph node was reactive only the report said but it took 3 pathologists to eventually agree was mast cell.

Ex lap revealed an intestinal MST but the source of bleeding was the spleen, splenectomy was performed but it died before any chemo could be given. Histo revealed the spleen and intestine consisted of little more that mast cells.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would have given Masivet but didn&amp;#39;t get the chance.
