Ex lap revealed an intestinal MST but the source of bleeding was the spleen, splenectomy was performed but it died before any chemo could be given. Histo revealed the spleen and intestine consisted of little more that mast cells.</p> <p>I would have given Masivet but didn&#39;t get the chance.
