Update

Phoned Gary England and spoke to his secretary. She was very helpful. Gary does not see patients but is happy to give advice and recommended I email him. I emailed the history yesterday evening and had an informative mail back at 7am this morning. Following Gary's recommendations we are managing the case in house. Very impressed by Gary England

According to this he 'undertakes clinical work' so hopefully that means he still sees patients! There are contact details for him so you could always give his office a ring and ask.

Angelika is the obvious choice but my client does not wish to see her. She is very keen to see Gary England. Does anyone know if he still sees patients? Thank you everyone for your replies.

http://www.vetrepro.co.uk/ - Definitely Angelika; she's in Longstanton, Cambridge, and so pretty conveniently close to East Anglia! She's very approachable, friendly, and deeply interested in canine reproduction.
