 I have a 5 year old obese female beardie who has presented for constipation, but she has a large 8 cm diam firm knobbly mass on the rhs of her abdomen, crossing midline. &lt;p&gt;I also had a few cases of dilated gallbaldder and I have removed gallbaldder stones in one bearded dragon.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The only way to know after blood work is going to be an exlap.&lt;/p&gt;

Might be useful to do some bloods - repro path often has leads to elevated Ca and proteins, and a general screen may be prudent as this sounds very likely to be surgical.&lt;/p&gt;
