&lt;p&gt;Think it&amp;#39;s just I&amp;#39;m concerned that things have already spread. I&amp;#39;ll wait for the histo report to give me staging of the disease, but I have already warned the owner that further chemo using masivet may be required.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Had a couple of cases not go my way recently, and one has probably resulted in a client leaving the practice, so I really, REALLY, want to win on this one. Especially as the owners are so nice, and the dog does not look or act his age!
