They can incroach into the nasal sinuses causing an inflammatory reaction and recurrent respiratory infection. The prognosis is guarded I think with pain control being the only real option. It looks as if there is lots of intestinal gas too so there may already be ileus. Whats the fecal pellet size? Antibiotics and nebulization may help.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
