As a locum anything from 1-2 daily to none a week depending on the practice In some areas do more pyos than speys!

Plenty of fat cows in Essex - but judging by the inevitable gaggle of whining brats in tow, none of them has been spayed.

(I think it used to be done to bovines to make them go on lactating forever).

Personally, 1-2 a fortnight on average I suspect.

As a clinic, 5-10 a week (I haven't averaged over a whole year or anything - just an estimated range)

Average 0.5 (one a fortnight), but then i only do first opinion for 2 days a week and only operate on one of those. The remainder of my time I spend on referral clinics....
