Has anybody used the Veriflox liquid suspension in dogs (it is only licensed for cats)? The technical rep hasn't been very helpful so just wondering if any other vets had used it in dogs and if they had any problems?[/quote]

My understanding is fine to use, but at the "suspension" dose rate of 5-7mg/kg (seemingly the suspension has a lower bioavailability than the tablets).

Have only used the product once, so hardly an expert

didn't try mixing it with water (but would be amazed if it was going to ruin the bioavailability if done just prior to ingestion) - let us know if you try and it's taken this route OK.

Re: veriflox

Sorry to hijack this thread, but is it possible to put veraflox into water ??
