As far as I remember there can be a spectrum from purely inflammatory to neoplastic.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Not a medication but there was a good lecture at BSAVA a few years ago by Peter Holt (Bristol). He was describing a technique of electrosugical coagulation via endoscopy which seemed to give good results in dogs which would have otherwise been inoperable&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;i had a similar case one month ago i removed the polyp most of them are just superficial in the mucosa you don&amp;#39;t have to go deep in the other stractures.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The lab sugested to use piroxicam, ca be used after or before surgeries there are some reports sugesting that will cure the polyp.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The dose for piroxicam is 0.3 mg/kg daily.&lt;/p&gt;
