The periocular lesions are best described by me as mucocutaneous erythema, ulceration and crusting (there could be some hypopigmentation there also); the lip commisure and close to that have crusted/erythematous lesions, with another simliar lesion at the top of vulva. I didn't ask owner's permission to take and share a photo, but maybe should have as a picture would help more.

The enlarged left prescap turned out not to be a LN at all, but an abscess-type lesion, with a colleague aspirating red-brown purulent material from both it and the cheek lesion I mentioned in the first post.

So scrap lympadenopathy off my list of signs and I'll try again!

I haven't been around this afternoon to see the cytology from the aspirates etc.

Still think might be auto-immune disease and steroid-responsive, but suspect will hold fire until get some histopath or simliar.

Does sterile nodular panniculitis ever give you mucocutaneous ulceration-type lesions as well?

Re: Mucocutaneous lesions, lymphomegaly, pyrexia: differentials please :-)

What sort of lesions?

Has it always been in the UK (or which country are you in if not UK?) - will maybe narrow down any exotic dz differentials.

Re: Mucocutaneous lesions, lymphomegaly, pyrexia: differentials please :-)

FNA, biopsy
