&lt;p&gt;We&amp;#39;ve had a few cases in Australia.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The chicken jerky treats are the commonest culprit but other treats manufactured in China have been implicated as well.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Although the actual contaminant has not been identified in any of the morbidities/mortalities, Chinese treats have been found to contain melamine and diethylene glycol amongst other things.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can&amp;#39;t comment on UK incidences sorry.&lt;/p&gt;
