I thought I'd put it out there,

Most likely iatrogenic trauma but was curious re vacc as not seen in any previous rabbit casts.

I suspect most clients are not as thorough with post op monitoring as this one was though! It was rather a mild swelling.

I've not heard from the client so it has likely cleared up.

Someone wrote a letter to the Vet Times a few months ago and reckoned that 2 rabbits he'd vaccinated with RHD showed symptoms of myxomatosis post vaccine. That is a more likely side effect than a swollen prepuce but even so it was almost certain the rabbits were incubating myxo pre vaccine. Given you castrated it at the same time I'd say this is a no-brainer but I stand to be corrected.

I'd have thought the castration much more likely to be significant. Caught something with the clippers?
