Probably a cysto tube would be the best way of achieving this

I&amp;#39;d be inclined to use both betanechol and dibenzyrane, sometimes this combination works very well. I also think emptying the bladder just once a week is no option, this must be very painful for the dog plus the bladder will suffer in the long run.
