&lt;p&gt;It is persistence of the pupillary membrane and it can be quite spectacular in cats.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Vision is pretty much unaffected even in marked cases like this and no other issues are likely to develop.&lt;/p&gt;
