I assume you&#39;ve been able to check the incisors aren&#39;t overgrown (I had one recently where the upper incisor had curled round and pentrated the palate!), but I guess you&#39;d need to GA it to check the molars and probably x-ray, though interpretation may be difficult. I hope you&#39;ll receive some more knowledgable advice soon!</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
