His heart rate was initially 40 bpm and he was lethargic and collapsing. Excepting the ECG, all signs are consistent with sinus arrest. I had considered terbutaline but wasn&amp;#39;t certain about it. At least I can get hold of some. I stopped using theophylline a few years ago and have been using propentophylline instead but can order some in.&lt;/p&gt;
