Injectable Vitamin K works fine orally. Re Konakion, just draw up the required dose and administer orally.

Not according to Henry Scein. It is not available from France and the date when it will be is unknown

This is exactly what our stock manager is doing, and we don't seem to have a problem with getting it this way

We have several injectable formulas in Germany and some of them (mind, not all, I think Konakion wasn't amongst them, need to check my notes which are at work and I'm not) are as effective given rectal as injected. Maybe it's worth having a chat to the manufacturer about it? In a rural area owners should be able to do it I assume...
