There have been alot of changes in recent years regarding OV training for meat work, try Craig Kirby at the Food Standards Agency, & find out if your original "ticket" is valid & what retraining would be nedessary. Good luck, Jill

Think that's probably a given, Arlo - unless, like me, the Anon has secret shame about a hidden past in the abattoirs. The horror, the horror......

They still do a lot of OV training at Bristol. I know Andy Grist is involved but I don't know if he actually runs it. Maybe ring up Langford site and ask? (As in the uni, not Langford vet services).
