&lt;p&gt;Of all orthodontic malocclusions, one of the most straightforward to correct.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;d check with the insurer before assuming that it&amp;#39;s covered by insurance, though.&lt;/p&gt;

Have you got a picture of the tooth? I suppose if it isn&amp;#39;t (yet) causing impact trauma to soft tissue structures then it&amp;#39;s OK to leave for now but could it do so in the future?&lt;/p&gt;
