Diuresis seems to work best for me in conjunction with feeding a "propper diet", primarily grass/hay with sensible Calcium:phos and a vit C source.

Some of my patients are VERY refractory to treatment though.

I have tried several other treatments, none with alarming success.

Assuming a only crystals (no stones). How do you treat this condition?

I have a handout for treatment of this condition. PM me if you would like a copy

I was told (very recently, CPD about 3 weeks ago) that dandelions contain lots of Ca, so hence a no go. Herbal hay often has clover and such in it, hay made from grass is preferable.

Management in cases with crystals only avoid food with high Ca and Mg content, no dandelions, clover, plain hay, no herbal hay, fresh greens. increase water intake, feed greens, cucumber/peppers good source of water, make them move as much as possible, maybe offer a salt stone to make them drink more. Try out different waters, tap water, rain water, still water low Ca and Mg, some prefer one brand over the other. Some of them are really frustrating.
