&lt;p&gt;All who know me appreciate that my ignorance of cardiology is boundless. However, at our practice journal club this month, this paper was discussed in some detail and we (well, to be honest &amp;quot;they&amp;quot; - &amp;nbsp;I did little more than nod sagely when I thought it appropriate) came to the same conclusion as JHL.
