Now I read that title as "spinal cord injuries....in cats and dogs treated with prolotherapy" ..... never heard of prolotherapy - sounds like nasty stuff!!

Look, he (sorry, I mean "the journal") has given two case reports, including one of a dog affected with "vertebral tilting"- how much more evidence do you bloomin' sceptics need that this is a world shattering therapy, in all likelyhood ushering in a new paradigm.

Next time I get a sore shoulder or plantar fascia I will know what to do, just make the inflammation in my shoulder a lot worse so it can heal. All this resting and trying to strengthen my shoulders swimming has been a waste of time. I feel so let down that no-one has told me about this before. Shame on the NHS and shame on the veterinary profession.

Swimmer's knee seems to be an odd one though. I would have thought that learning to swim breaststroke properly or swim a different stroke would have been more effective. All the rest of the treatments seem perfectly sensible. Not sure where to inject someone with a migraine though.........
