In long - you can apply for a special treatment certificate from the vmd and then find an importer to get it for you. (As others have said Novartis would be a good starting point!). You would need good justification for trying to source it. Some referral centres sometimes have some but I believe they keep it for referred cases rather than to dispense to other centres.
