&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have one too, any suggestions re treatment. This one had been on antibiotics for several weeks as it was quite nasty. Cultured -ve. &amp;nbsp;Significant improvement but things have ground to a halt.&lt;/p&gt;
