I tried a combination of prednisolone and azathioprine which worked well, almost all her hair regrew, the redness and skin lesions settled down. We lost her almost 3 years later to lymphoma which was probably related. It was a therapeutic gamble at the start though.&lt;/p&gt;

You should get some sensible support/advice there and if you don&amp;#39;t I would suggest asking that the biopsy be sent to Abbey for a second opinion - the folk at Abbey have a special interest and expertise in derm pathology and are always very helpful and clinically relevant.&lt;/p&gt;
