&lt;p&gt;Except, it seems, avoid stress and disease related to over-crowding... if I remember rightly, mycoplasma is present in a large proportion - something like 80% - of healthy cats anyway, and it&amp;#39;s usually only when they&amp;#39;re stressed that you get significant clinical problems.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sounds like the sort of case where you&amp;#39;re forever going to be firefighting because the owner is never going to reduce her numbers or be without cats for long enough to get rid of the problem permanently :0(&lt;/p&gt;
