&lt;p&gt;Had a good look under tongue, no swelling&amp;nbsp;apparent, no evidence of fb, very mild tartar on teeth, no gingivitis.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Could not see anything down larynx and did not react to palpation in this area, could not find any evidence of swelling either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

If you just didn&amp;#39;t see broken teeth, there&amp;#39;s still stuff that could be in there - foreign bodies in tongue, cut under tongue, crack in tooth; spitting food out usually suggests oral or oropharyngeal pain. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
