They are livewires. And far too curious for a consult room!

I've not used spot-ons but Frontline spray at 2ml/kg has been fine.

The examination of the coatis was very challenging in the sense that it did not stay still!

The coati has fleas, is a Frontline cat size safe for it?

Re vaccs: if the risk is very low (no contact with dogs/wildlife and not taken outside for walks or meets) then I would consider not vaccinating due to paucity of supporting data, but if there is potential for infection then I would cover for distemper (using any of the ferret safe vaccines). I've not had any procyonids react to vaccination but ask them to wait 20mins post-vacc as a precaution.

Have used panacur as per cat/dog doses. Not used milbemax in coatis personally.
