One of my colleagues castrated a little netherland dwarf bunny yesterday, and he came back to us in the evening as he was bleeding from his wound. I had a similar case recently in a French Lop which haemorrhaged from one scrotum post-op. I opened him up again as it wasn't stopping - couldn't find the source of the bleeding, the cord was fine - I do my rabbit castrations closed. It must have been coming from inside the scrotum. I kept it on overnight, there was no further haemorrhage and the bruising went in a few days.

I'd be concerned about the rabbit's ability to eat its caecotrophes with a bandage like this on though.
