The husbandry sounds sub standard. Any temps? Provision of water? Humidity levels? Anywhere to hide?. Misting with 1:500 F10 will probably help but a thorough husbandry review in indicated (get them to send you a pic of the setup with answers to the above questions).</p> <p>Goodluck (can help further but need a bit more info, sorry)</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
