Sadly most piggies that don&amp;#39;t get colostrum die. They will try solids from 2d old so offer solids now if syringe feeding is possibly leading to aspiration. I would go in with tmp at 30mg/kg po bid and continue warmth, fluids and oral formulas if they are well tolerated and easy to syringe. Some calcium and vit c wouldn&amp;#39;t hurt.
