Severe inflammation may just increase pyoderma rather than helping it. If you did choose to use it (which I&amp;#39;d be wary of) it may be safer to use it a few days before the procedure so any additional inflammation can settle down.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
