Depending on the severity, applied 2-4 weekly. (I used to do it 4 weekly, then switched to 2 weekly after reading some paper and the results were even better).Don&amp;#39;t know the dose for a mouse, though. &lt;p&gt;I would be going with ivermectin at 0.3mg/kg s/c once weekly to rule out ectoparasites, Malaseb washes every other day to treat bacterial/fungal issues and analgesia (meloxicam 1 (yes one) mg/kg bid).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Continue with that until the culture comes back. &lt;img src="https://www.vetsurgeon.org/emoticons/v2/Happy_smiley.png" alt="Happy" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
