Hi, I saw this beardie yesterday - it has one red looking foot, a lesion on the tail and one small focal lesion on the abdomen. Lesions look like bruises, dry, not swollen and not painful to touch. The dragon has deep pain reflex on the affected foot

Re: Burn lesions on Bearded Dragon?

Just double check to make sure they are not keeping it on red sand. I have seen the colour come off occasionally

Otherwise, bloods, ice fluids analgesia and broad spectrum antibiosis are required as a start.

Need to know how to get the bloods? you dont have to look far!

If you get raidse exuding lesions I would biopsy for histo and swab for culture
