Three routine neuterings and one to aid an anal adenoma. However, a few days after surgery, two of the routine ones came back having started urinating more and seemingly not able to hold their bladder. Not a true incontinence - they seemed conscious that they were urinating,</p> <p>First case - 8mo old spaniel puppy, seen by my colleague for this urination, Urinalysis pH 6.0, USG 1.014, pro + all else negative. Told to monitor. Not been seen since (presented beginning of december)</p> <p>Second case - 18mo old pointer, pre op bloods done at owner&#39;s request - mild increase in K+ but also haemolised sample. When presented today, urinalysis pH 6.0, USG 1.016 pro + all else negative.&nbsp;</p> <p>Both got a dose of meloxicam at the time of the op but nothing since (can&#39;t remember if the puppy got continued oral meloxicam after POC). No antibiotics given.&nbsp;</p> <p>It is the USGs that are worrying me.
