The Australian Government is considering homeopathy to be 'baseless and unethical'.

It has concluded that it is 'unethical for health practitioners to treat
patients using homeopathy, for the reason that homeopathy (as a medicine
or procedure) has been shown not to be efficacious'.

This is
based on a 2010 evaluation of homeopathy by the British House of
Commons science and technology committee, which declared it was no more
efficacious than a placebo.

Is it not time for the RCVS to add homeopathy to its list of unethical procedures?

Hello Phil,

Unfortunately no one is going to see your post languishing as it is in 'controversial topics' as posts here don't appear in the running list of new posts at the top of the page.

Your best bet would be to re-post to the RCVS election threads here - http://www.vetsurgeon.org/forums/152.aspx (or ask Arlo the moderator to move this one there.
