I've used it on dogs before with good success rate. What dose would you use, same as dogs, 0.33ml/kg?
This is a 9 month old breeding bengal queen...breeder understands its off licence use.
Thanks.

Re: Alizin for cat pyometra?

Haha thanks Michael.
Aglepristone can be used off label for treating pyometra in queens with good results.

DOSE - 10mg/kg Subcut injection, days 1, 2 and 7 (and 14 if required). Antibiotics and IV fluid therapy as appropriate.

recurrence rates depend on the circumstances of the queen but are generally low given the reproductive physiology of cats.

Give us a call on 01359 243 243 for more information.
