Could be neoplastic or abscess/inflammatory.&amp;nbsp; Try anaesthetising and looking in the mouth to see if any sign of swelling/inflammation around or just caudal to upper molar. If there is, try exploring with a blunt probe. Very satisfying if you get a release of pus.
