I am a UK grad, currently on faculty at the University of Saskatchewan (the middle of Canada !!). I am writing to inform you of a survey that has recently opened on the subject of equine Cushing's disease. Our research group

Re: Equine Cushing's Disease (PPID) - Daily Treatment- Seriously !!

Hi, James,

On the basis of Arlo's announcement in vetsurgeon.org (medal please, Arlo) I have forwarded the survey link to several experienced expat vets here and I hope that you will receive some feedback from this part of the World, which is well known to you anyway. [These chaps might even join vetsurgeon.org as a result]

I have not completed the survey myself because, as you know, I am more of a 'cow' man and would not recognise equine Cushings if it rushed in the door and bit me but Good Luck with it.

Tim.

My clinical impression is that laminitis far outweighs other chronic diseases as a source of poor welfare associated with PPID, is this the impression of others ?

Re: Equine Cushing's Disease (PPID) - Daily Treatment- Seriously !!

Bump!
