We had different opinions about it at the clinic. I am curious to hear yours!

Could be FB in stomach but&amp;nbsp;I would&amp;nbsp;think likely&amp;nbsp;retention of barium in rugal folds. It would be interesting to see a radiograph say 4-6 hrs later when all barium should have left stomach, and if similar pattern then I would be more suspicious of a FB. Agree the gas filled circle is pylorus. Just seen the X-ray. I am not sure how much barium they gave him. I believe this X-ray was taken about half an hour after. Yes, plain x-ray was done too, but I don&amp;#39;t have it scanned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Our main issue was the possibility of a hiatal hernia. Is this just an expiratory x-ray where the other crus of the diafragm is positioned very cranial or is the stomach partly in the thorax?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;how chronic the condition?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I think more barium should have been given myself, I dont think that will be diagnostic.&lt;/p&gt;
