&lt;p&gt;Does this rabbit have any other symptoms? I would consider full work-up as this is the third time to see if there are internal lesions that could lead to intermittent pain. I have seen one bunny with a kidney stone traumatise over the flank but this was a lower level, more consistent self-trauma.&lt;/p&gt;
