No, no typo. I just couldn&amp;#39;t find a more recent study in a peer-reviewed journal, and I can&amp;#39;t think of a good reason why things would have changed since then, so I included it. I suppose it&amp;#39;s not really the type of statistic that researchers are queueing up to investigate again! I could instead have quoted Dr Henry Le&amp;#39;Plattenier, who said in a recent article (reference below) that &amp;quot;after five years of age, nearly all dogs have a degree of BPH&amp;quot; - but without a reference, so I thought I would go with the study rather than expert opinion. In any case - I think the conclusion is - the majority of dogs over 5 are suffering - and they&amp;#39;re not all being picked up - so I hope CPAM increases diagnosis!&lt;/p&gt;
